My tasteful Life

What started off as a series of workshops for seniors over the age of 55, has resulted in an extraordinary festival performance Good [Old] Times, My Tasteful Life. The sensibility and the pleasure of a dancing soul is timeless. Dance is a breath and as long as there is breath, there is a dance in one’s body and in one’s soul regardless of its age. Good [Old] Times, My Tasteful Life revolves around getting older and the ups-and-downs of aging. The performers reflect on their desires, their disappointments, vulnerabilities, but also show the vital energy behind love and fight the preconceived idea that we become invisible as we age.
